Leo Tsang

Leo is a leadership expert with strong passion in Technology and Innovation. He is the Group Chief Information Officer at Emperor Group with his 20 years of Technology and Transformation experiences throughout the Investment Banking, Financial Services and Consulting industries. He has worked in HK, the Mainland China, Canada and UK. Leo has Actuarial Science degree from University Of Toronto, Master in Financial Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, and Master of Law in Corporate and Financial Law from University of Hong Kong. He is also CPA (Aust) member, and holds CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), Prince2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master).


Ray Ng

Group Chief Financial Officer at XB Market Ventures

Ray is the CFO of XB Market Ventures and also a Director at XBourse Global, a Fintech developing regulated climate exchange to facilitate climate related securities trade and liquidity in the global climate capital markets for decarbonisation.

He is a qualified accountant with 20+ years of financial and management consulting
experiences at global consulting firms and fintech. Ray has advised global corporations and financial institutions on various initiatives, namely in strategy, value creation, performance improvement, business transformation, M&A, acquisition integration and divestiture management strategies, as well as both financial and operational (re)structuring.

He holds Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, Masters of Accountancy from RMIT University and is a member of the CA ANZ and CPA Australia.


Dr. Travis Huggins

Finance Director at City Facilities Management

Travis is a multilingual Finance Executive who specialises in partnering with senior executives and board members, managing businesses and stakeholders globally, resolving complex business issues and growing companies sustainably.

His experience spans growing Western businesses with Asia operations, managing strategic planning and major projects. His industry expertise includes major project consultancies, technology, telecoms, banking and property. His doctorate (DBA) covered FinTech, innovation and technology.

Travis is excited about technology, major projects and multinational business and is honoured to be a current Council Member, having served as Chair in 2018, of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in Hong Kong, where he drives new ideas in business. A native English speaker, Travis is fluent in Mandarin and is proficient in Cantonese and Shanghainese; intermediate in French and Taiwanese (Hokkien).


Caroline Djurvall

Regional Finance Director at McLarens

Caroline Djurvall is a Finance leader with 20 years’ extensive experience in APAC across the functions of M&A due diligence and integration, accounting, strategic planning, financial control, treasury, tax and audit. She took her MSc in Business Administration in Sweden and then moved to Tokyo as Business Controller, driving the opening of IKEA in Japan. Some of her main accomplishments were raising financing for the new stores, recruiting and developing the finance teams as well as implementing the finance systems and processes from scratch.

Later Caroline switched to a Regional Finance Manager position in a multinational service company where she managed the Finance function for 30 group companies in APAC based in Hong Kong. Frequently travelling to support the business in different destinations she enjoys the multi-cultural meetings.

In 2019 Caroline joined an American based private equity firm active in the global insurance claims services helping clients achieve timely and equitable claims resolutions. Since joining the company the global EBITA has almost doubled and the APAC region that she heads as Finance Director has grown both organically as well as with several acquisitions. Currently the company is preparing for a global ERP implementation that keeps her busy.


Deric Stephane

Senior Regional Financial controller, Rhenus Logistics Asia Pacific

Deric is an esteemed scholar with a strong academic background, he is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Accounting from Cambridge University. He currently holds the position of head of innovation and Senior Regional Financial Controller at Rhenus Logistics, a renowned international logistics company. Deric has made remarkable contributions to the organization, including co-establishing the Rhenus Innovation Hub in Hong Kong. His main objective is to drive the digital evolution of the company and guide investments in sectors such as supply chain financing, e-Commerce, Fintech, Robotics, and automation.

With his exceptional performance and expertise in information and technology management, Deric leads a team of digital visionaries and IT professionals to solve complex business challenges and create value for Rhenus Logistics and its clients. His outstanding academic background, extensive experience, and unwavering commitment make him a valuable asset to the industry, consistently driving innovation and propelling growth in the logistics and supply chain management industry.


Kenny Cheng

Deputy Chief Financial Officer, WeLab Bank

Kenny is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Alternate Chief Executive of WeLab Bank, the most innovative bank named by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. WeLab Bank operates under WeLab Group, a leading pan-Asian fintech platform. Founded by a team of financial and technology experts, WeLab Bank’s mission is to empower customers to manage, save and grow their wealth by using
technology to design a personalized intelligent banking experience. WeLab Bank represents a 100% digital banking experience that is simple, intuitive, and built around customers.

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Kenny oversees WeLab Bank’s financial strategies and treasury function, he also works closely with business departments to ensure high operational efficiency. Apart from finance, Kenny is also a key member of the management committee who has led the Bank completing multiple key achievements ranging from obtaining the virtual banking license to launching various innovative banking services. Previously, Kenny was WeLab Group Head
of Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting WeLab Group to achieve significant growth in recent years.

Prior to joining WeLab Group, Kenny held various senior roles in Standard Chartered Bank, advising the Greater China and Northeast Asia Retail Bank on financial management and strategic planning. Kenny received a MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, and a BSc in Quantitative Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Angus Tsang

Angus is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of CN Logistics
International Holdings Limited (CN Logistics), a leading international one-stop
logistics solutions provider, primarily focusing on luxury products. CN Logistics provides tailor-made, all-rounded and door-to-door service to its customer, including air and ocean freight forwarding, distribution and logistics services, cruise logistics services, and eCommerce solution.

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Angus oversees CN Logistics’s financial strategies. He also provides strategic guidance to improve the company’s overall operating efficiency and enhance its business development. Angus is a leadership expert in financial management, treasury, tax, capital market, M&A and investor relations.

Prior to joining CN Logistics, Angus held senior roles in various listed companies and multinational corporations, and led successful financial transformation and IPO projects. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of ACCA and holds a practicing CPA license issued by HKICPA.


Charlie Cheah

Managing Director, Esker Asia

Charlie Cheah, currently the Managing Director based out of Esker Malaysia office, leads and drives Esker Asia business commercial and operational strategy in collaboration with business partners and organizations. With years of experience, he has seen how businesses evolved in the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycle aspects.

Prior to Esker, Charlie has broad exposure and experience across multi-functional disciplines and business processes, as AVP of Procurement at ASTRO for 9 years, responsible for all high-value procurement and tender activities, commercial and operational support to IT, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, SAP implementation, in-house trainer for SAP and project management on P2P initiatives; as Head, Procurement & Logistic at OPCOM for 7 years and responsible for providing operational and financial leadership in Finance, Marketing and Production Division in addition to successful MRP implementation and ISO certification and a short stint with TIMES handling Accounts Receivable. Charlie holds a Finance tertiary background and is a certified ISO auditor.


Jay Boyle

Managing Director, Decision Critical

Jay Boyle is the Founder for Decision Modeling Systems Limited and Founding Partner for ECFO Services. Responsible for the overall direction and strategic management of the firm, he takes an active role and interest in all the services and projects in the ECFO service offering. Jay has over 30 years of hands-on experience in startups and firms in transition in the USA and China. He has held positions in start-up, general management, finance, production, sales and marketing across a wide range of industries.

Jay came to China as a manager for Dura-Line Corp, the world’s largest telecom pipe provider and a portfolio company of Jordan Industries, a Chicago-based private equity fund. While at Dura-Line, Jay was responsible for startup and then managing their China greenfield manufacturing operation. Jay has been working in Asia since 1996.

Since ECFO’s founding in 2001, Jay has provided ongoing advisory to hundreds of companies on their China launch and growth plans through his oversight of ECFO’s turn-key accounting back office, dealing with issues including IFRS / US GAAP compliance strategy, corporate structuring, financial controls, costing, budgeting and financial strategy. Jay has led ECFO in its work on over 40 transactions in Asia, including buy-side acquisitions, sell-side private placements and turnaround management in foreign-invested JVs and global companies’ China subsidiaries.

Jay holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Fort Schuyler and a US Merchant Mariner’s Third Mate’s Unlimited Oceans Tonnage License.


Philip Shin

Chief Financial Officer, Prudence Foundation, Prudential plc

Philip is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in strategy, performance management, M&A, investment management, actuarial valuation, financial control and IFRS. His knowledge and experience primarily spans across life and non-life direct insurance and reinsurance. He started out as an auditor with big 4 audit firms in both the UK and Singapore, having worked across engagements in a variety of industries. 

Philip is currently the CFO of Prudence Foundation, the community investment arm of Prudential Plc where he oversees all areas of finance and operations. Philip is passionate about volunteering and teaching. He is also an active volunteer for many causes and currently serves in two non-profit Boards. He has also been an associate faculty with the accounting department with the Singapore University of Social Sciences since 2017. He hopes to give back to society as much as he can.


Nitish Tiwary

Nitish has over 19 years of corporate experience as Human Resources Lead and has worked with industry leading companies such as HSBC, Thomson Reuters, JLL, HYVE and currently with tms HAVI, covering Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Nitish is also an expert in maximizing human capital by driving change management, organizational design, talent development & DE&I initiatives. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, transition & transformation, integration and global divestment.


Steven Shiu

Regional Sales Director of Greater China, Workiva

Steven is the Regional Sales Director of Greater China for Workiva Inc., based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for executing the market development and growth of Workiva’s customer base in Greater China. With more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the global enterprise software market, Steven’s mission is to help power transparent reporting through the use of Workiva’s connected, cloud platform. Prior to joining Workiva, Steven served at SAP Inc. and Oracle Corporation for more than 15 years.


Andy Wu

Managing Partner, Novus Consulting

Andy Wu is a Partner of Novus Consulting, bringing with him over ten years of experience in leading digital transformation projects for CFO offices. He is recognized as an evangelist of Extended Planning and Analysis (xP&A), collaborating closely with renowned Fortune 500 companies to implement connected planning solutions that enable CFOs to foster collaboration across various functions, including sales, operations, and supply chain.


Andy's professional journey commenced in Silicon Valley after completing his master's degree in electrical engineering from UC Davis. Motivated by a vision of finance modernization, he co-founded Novus Consulting while pursuing his MBA at HKUST Business School. His unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen allows him to effectively guide organizations toward successful finance transformations across Asia.

K Kwan is currently Senior Controller of Venturity Financial Partners overseeing various of investment portfolio and assisting them in building up accounting & finance structure, process improvement and tax saving restructuring. He is also Accounting and Tax Partner of Landis & Kadwell, one of the well know international CPA firms.


K Kwan has been working in professional firms including Big4 for over 15 years and has supported over 200 startup / SaaS companies in implementing various automation process.


He also acted as the guest editor of tax tips published on Metro Daily and Skypost and guest speaker of tax seminar for various institutions.


K Kwan is currently located in Texas, USA.


Kunaal Abhijit Masih

Head of Digital Transformation - Finance, Procurement, GBS, Hyperautomation COE, Cathay Pacific

At Cathay, Kunaal Abhijit Masih is the Head of Digital; he is responsible for overseeing the digital transformation for the Finance Business Unit, as well as leading the Hyper-Automation Center of Excellence. At the moment, he is working closely with the CFO and the GM of Finance to meet Finance's digital vision by advising and driving digital solutions in order to meet Finance's digital vision. 

Kunaal has previously worked for many organizations during their digital transformation, such as Rolls Royce, Aldi SUD, British Gas, and many others.

In addition, I have five years of Strategy, IT Consulting and implementation experience gained working with several financial and government institutions in South East Asia. I have a deep understanding of the business and distribution process, coupled with extensive experience in Oracle Manufacturing, Distribution, Financials and related modules.
